The Claire sandwich. Made with curried chickpea mash (filled with carrots, celery, golden raisins, and a creamy tahini curry dressing), pickled cucumbers and onions, and local greens on choice of bread.
Entree: Plant based creamy mac and cheese with panko crust (using locally baked organic bread for the crumbs)
Dessert: Rhubarb upside down cake (made with spelt flour, warming spices & maple)
Pizza: Homemade mushroom and black bean veggie burger, a blend of vegan cheddar and pepper Jack, organic pickled red onions, Maine grown tomatoes, and our organic herb blend. Finished after baking with fresh arugula and an organic sriracha ketchup.
Main: Vietnamese Banh Mi Salad (Vegan , Gluten-free)
– Lemongrass tofu , pickled carrot & daikon, cucumber, jalapeño , cilantro , radish , crispy rice noodles and cilantro mayo.
Dessert: Mango Coconut-Pandan Sticky Rice (Vegan , Gluten-free, Soy free)

Gang Normai. A traditional Laotian bamboo and yanang stew. A green and earthy dish with shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, yanang and pak kayang (herbal greens.) It is a slightly spicy dish thickened with sticky rice powder.
